We have been open a little over a week and alls well.

So we have been open since thursday the 3rd. Been mostly makin employee meals and preppin Mashed potatoes and risotto. Doesnt soud like alot, but as you know, always something to do in the kitchen. Plus, employees meals are sometimes more high maintenance than customers. People you like are the hardest to please. I guess its good i like the people I work with. This really is a great group of people up here. Well, some more pics of glacier cruise as promised.

Cool Beans, My First day off and a Glacier Cruise in Valdez on Tuesday.

Wewent on a hike today after I got off work to find a pond. Found Out I could join the group going to Valdez on a glacier cruise. I am psyched. Finally 2 days off, one day going to Valdez, one going to Anchorage.  Never found the pond, but took some cool pix. Cooler pix to come tomorrow.
