2 Bald Eagles Doin It

So I didn't go fishing today, we had an employee outing white water. Different kind of fun from yesterday. Not as wet, but river was running quicker. Fun group. Highlight of the day was, "Hey, look, 2 bald eagles. They look like they are fighting." Me:" They are not fighting, watch. They are fucking. Why is it whenever I see wildlife they are having sex?"

The raft guides are awesome,we hit some fun rapids today.

Whitewater was great, Weather is crappy today.

Whitewater on Klutina river was so fun. I think I destroyed my point and shoot sony cybershot. Thats why I didnt take Nikkon or Flip. I was soaked, Ice cold glacier water and a class three ride was awesome. Great group of people on the ride as well. The river was kind of tame, but this is an excursion for guests of the resort, and I guess we really can't go after the rough stuff. Don't get me wrong, a couple moments were intense and the danger is always there, but it's nice to take in the beauty of the river, the bald eagles, and the icy blue glacier waters.

I wanna go fishing today, but weather is crap. I don't care, I gotta catch me some reds. Yummy! I still need my licence and a pole. When has that ever stopped me? Last day off til next Tuesday, gotta do somethin.

Happy Summer Solstice Everyone

Happy Summer Solstice. Its now my day off and Im going to a midnight hike for the solstice after a few beverages at the bar and a quick game of shuffleboard. Im having the time of my life and all the people I work with rock. I sent my RSVP that I feel bad Im not  goin to Mike and Terri's wedding, but we will have plenty of time to celebrate. So Im either gonna go fishing or white water rafting on Tuesday. I may do both. Kitchen was fun today, made yummy sloppy joes for lunch with Sweet Baby Ray's( how awesome is it that we get the yummiest BBQ sauce from Chi-town?). Made Dijon chicken and pilaf for dinner. OK, I am posting a pic of my burn. I am grossing everyone out, but wa-wa-wa, im the one thats burnt, i need to let it breathe.
