Open for 3 days and having a hell of a Time.

I am doing the employee meals and prepping things like risotto and mashed potatoes for dinner service. My  hours rock 9-5:30ish. I am so happy with the team im workin with. Kinda cool across the board. We have been overbooked which is cool. My Days off this week are Tues and Wed. Im heading towards anchorage on wed with others who have the day off. 4 hour bus ride, but dont wanna get cabin fever.

For those worried bout my injury, here is my cut up leg quite healed.
